Measurement of Low Level Photodiode Noise Currents

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Graphs giving the unilluminated noise current of four different photodiodes under various bias conditions are presented. To make these measurements a system was developed with a noise sensitivity of less than 10−5 A/Hz1/2. The preamplifier used is briefly described.
