Abstract
Damage thresholds of a number of dielectric thin film coatings have been determined using 1.054-μm laser pulses of 35-psec pulse duration. The coatings were fabricated by Balzers AG of Liechtenstein for comparison in a round-robin test. The experimental setup employed in our test series is presented.
