Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

The results of a series of measurements on the x-ray reflectivity of metal films evaporated on a glass substrate are presented. Comparison of these results with theory is made and the necessity of making measurements on bulk material is pointed out if the disagreements with theory are to be eliminated.
