Abstract

The spectrum of indium was photographed on a 10.7- and a 6.60-m grazing-incidence spectrograph in the wavelength region 200–450 Å. The sources used were a triggered spark and a sliding spark. The earlier analysis of the resonance lines is completely revised. In In vi all levels of the 4d8 configuration and 102 of 110 levels of the 4d7 5p configuration have been established. The parametric least-squares-fitting calculations support the analysis. Three hundred twenty-six lines have been classified in this spectrum.
