Abstract

A novel refractometric sensor based on nanofiber is presented. It is used to measure the refractive indices of glucose solutions of different concentrations. The sensor has a high sensitivity and can detect an index variation of ~10−6 as the excellent properties of nanofiber, which may be applied in various fields.
