MEMS Deformable Mirrors: From Retinal Imaging to Industrial Laser Systems

Abstract

Advances in the manufacture of MEMS deformable mirrors make them suitable for a wide range of adaptive and active optics applications. This paper presents recent developments that make them applicable to laboratory grade retinal imaging systems as well as industrial lasers.
