Abstract

Non-invasive methods are presented for the objective in vivo quantification of histamine-induced cutaneous edema based on hyper-spectral imaging and 3D profilometry. The measured parameters include extracellular water accumulation, hemoglobin concentration, edema height, and edema volume.
