Abstract

This paper introduces a nonlinear optical (NLO) endomicroscope for non-invasive tissue optical biopsy. This NLO endomicroscope is composed of micro-optical components including micro-prism, GRIN lens and multi-axis high speed scanning actuators all integrated at the proximal end of endoscope.
