White light diffuse optical tomography and validation of optimum wavelengths for CW DOT

Abstract

We have previously presented derivation of optimum measurement wavelength sets based on unique and simultaneous recovery of chromophore concentrations and scattering coefficients. We now introduce a white light imaging setup to validate our theoretical findings.
