Automated Processing and Classification of Cervical Images Using Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

We developed a series of image processing techniques for OCT imaging of the uterine cervix and proposed two image features for classification of normal/CIN1 and CIN2/CIN3 images. The sensitivity and specificity of the algorithm was 90.9% and 91.7%, respectively.
