Simultaneous Multi-Wavelength Laminar Optical Tomography Imaging of Skin Cancer

Abstract

We report on a laminar optical tomography system developed for imaging skin cancer. The system simultaneously measures absorption at three wavelengths to extract depth resolved information for invasion depth determination and lesion boundary mapping.
