Simultaneous PET and 3D Fluorescence Optical Tomography for Small Animal Imaging: In vivo Results and System Improvements

Abstract

We have built a simultaneous positron emission tomography and three-dimensional fluorescence optical tomography system for small animal imaging, and performed in vivo experiments. System improvements and a new fluorescence scanning method are proposed.
