Abstract

Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained histological sections were investigated with multicontrast second- and third-harmonic generation and multiphoton excitation fluorescence microscope. Three dimensional visualization of 50 microns thick histological sections may aid in early cancer diagnostics.
