Thermally Generated Second Order Correlations in OCT, Noise or Diagnostic Approach?

Abstract

We have recently demonstrated that second order correlations (SOC) in conventional OCT demonstrate quantum mechanical properties. This paper examines OCT SOC for diagnostic purposes, such as local refractive index measurements, rather than a noise source.
