Spectroscopic image analysis with pattern recognition in frequency domain optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We present a concept for analyzing spectroscopic information in multilayer samples using frequency domain optical coherence tomography. We apply a windowed Fourier transform in the spatial regime and analyze the spectroscopic data by pattern recognition.
