Pilot Clinical Study for Quantitative Spectral Diagnosis of Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer

Abstract

We report the results of a pilot clinical study using a combined diffuse reflectance/intrinsic fluorescence system on 40 patients with non-melanoma skin cancer and suggest a novel approach to analyze and spectrally diagnose skin lesions.
