An analytic-based photoacoustic (PA) signal simulation for multiple cylindrical inhomogeneities embedded in an homogenous media

Abstract

We present an analytical model of optical fluence for cylindrical inhomogeneities embedded in an homogenous media. Our model has been compared with the numerical solution to evaluate its feasibility and used to simulate photoacoustic signal.
