Real-Time 4D Full-Range Complex Fourier-domain OCT with Non-Uniform Fast Fourier Transform Based on Dual Graphics Processing Units Architecture

Abstract

We implemented real-time 4D full-range complex FD-OCT with non-uniform fast Fourier transform processed in dual graphics processing units architecture. With a 128,000 A-scan/second line scan spectrometer, we obtained 5.0 volume/second C-scan speed.
