Dual-Color Superresolution Imaging Using Genetically Expressed Probes

Abstract

We report dual-color superresolution imaging using endogenously expressed fluorescent proteins. An imaging resolution of 20-30 nm facilitates study of the ultrastructural relationship between proteins present in adhesion complexes at the surfaces of whole, fixed cells.
