Abstract

We demonstrate a highly multiplexable optofluidic biosensor consisting of arrays of evanescently coupled photonic crystal resonators. We show the ability to monitor binding kinetics of Anti-Streptavidin in real-time and investigate the limit-of-detection (LOD) of the sensor.
