Abstract

We demonstrate a high-spatial-resolution adaptive-optic system using a liquid-crystal-on-silicon spatial-light modulator and a Hartmann–Shack sensor. The correction algorithm is suitable for fine-tuning laser-beam amplitude and wavefront in fine scales.
