High resolution measurement of Sodium Fluorescein distribution in doped live corneal tissue

Abstract

Two-photon fluorescence was used for the first time to measure sodium fluorescein distribution in live corneal tissue. The diffusion depth was determined to be 350 μm under study conditions with 11μm axial resolution.
