Phase Noise Spectrum and Carrier Power Modeling of High Performance Optomechanical Oscillators

Abstract

We present a model for phase noise that fits experimentally observed trends in our high performance optomechanical oscillators (OMO) demonstrating a phase noise of -102dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset from a 74MHz carrier.
