Laser beam quality control with nonlinear interactions and adaptive optics

Abstract

This lecture will review nonlinear interactions and adaptive optics techniques which permit a dynamic correction of beam distortions in solid-state lasers. Applications of these techniques including beam combining to fiber lasers will be also presented.
