Abstract

We describe a 13C2H2 frequency-stabilized λ/4-shifted DFB-LD with an external fiber ring cavity, which has a linewidth of 2.6 kHz and an RIN of −135 dB/Hz. The frequency stability reached as high as 2.8×10−10.
