Digital Holographic Method to Characterize Spatial Light Modulator Devices

Abstract

Digital holography is a frequently used characterization tool. In this article, we propose a holographic method to reconstruct phase and intensity of the optical field modulated by a Spatial Light Modulator using a Michelson interferometer.
