Abstract

We demonstrate a method for generating holograms which compensates for interaction between adjacent pixels in liquid crystal based spatial light modulators. A method for characterizing SLMs in this aspect is also provided. Preliminary results indicate that our method gives improved control over the intensities of resulting diffraction maxima.
