Seeing Through Turbid Liquids with Digital Holography and Related Applications for Coherent Imaging in Bio-microfluidics

Abstract

Fluids with suspended colloidal particles hinder imaging through microfluidic channels restricting lab-on-chip’s technology for clear liquids. Sharp images and quantitative phase-contrast maps can be obtained in turbid flows through DH thus adding new capability to holographic-microscopy.
