Exploring Neural Cell Dynamics with Digital Holographic Microscopy

Abstract

This paper describes how digital holographic microscopy, as a powerful quantitative phase technique, can non-invasively measure cell dynamics and especially resolve local neuronal network activity by performing simultaneous multiple site optical recording.
