Phase holographic microscopy and its biological applications

Abstract

Phase holographic microscopy was applied for the phase imaging of red blood cells (RBCs) and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). HUVECs and its abnormal deformation influenced by collagenase were observed.
