Phase retrieval from multi-plane intensity measurements with wavefront sensing

Abstract

The proposed technique is a combination of phase retrieval and wavefront sensing with diffractive elements. The diffractive element enhances the convergence of phase retrieval and offers advantages, which are not achievable with micro lenses.
