Comparison of the performance of blazed-binary gratings and blazed-échelette gratings for the visible spectrum

Abstract

We compare the performances of blazed-binary structures with those of optimized blazed-echelette gratings etched into a high index material for operation with visible light. Experimental results for blazed-binary structures are presented.
