Standard versus High Resolution Spectral Optical Coherence Tomography in Imaging of Retinal Pathologies

Abstract

The results of comparison between three Spectral OCT instruments with different axial resolution and detecting spectrographs used for imaging of various retinal lesions are presented. Analysis of the optimal clinical Spectral OCT system is shown.
