A Miniature Microscope for Two-Photon Imaging and Femtosecond Laser Surgery

Abstract

We present a miniaturized two-photon microscope system employing air-core photonic crystal fiber and a resonantly-driven two-axis MEMS scanning mirror for simultaneous cellular imaging and femtosecond laser microsurgery. We will present design analysis and performance characterization.
