Tailoring of Twisted Longitudinally Polarized Field in Focal Region

Abstract

A twisted longitudinally polarized field is tailored by a specially designed spiral phase mask. It is found that the total intensity and polarization components have the property of rotation. Design considerations of phase-mask are discussed.
