Structured Laser Scanning Two-photon Superresolution Image with Temporal Intensity Modulation

Abstract

To improve the lateral resolution of two-photon fluorescence microscopy (TPFM), the concept of structured illumination was applied by temporally modulating the excitation intensity. In this research, a 1.66-fold resolution improvement was experimentally demonstrated.
