Wide-band multi-channel detection of THz waveform using a super-continuous chirped pulse

Abstract

We demonstrate a wide-band multi-channel detection of THz waveform, based on an electro-optic sampling method using a chirped pulse generated by self-phase modulation. This opens to a single-shot spectroscopy in far-infrared region with several-octaves’ dynamic-range.
