Hyperspectral imaging as a tool for fluorescence imaging and characterization of skin bruises

Abstract

Hyperspectral systems should be specially fitted for bio-applications to achieve optimal results and avoid sample damage. Experiences from developing and using such imaging systems for characterization of bruised skin and fluorescence imaging are described.
