Fiber Optic Probe Performance of Calcium Raman Signal Collection

Abstract

The aim of this study was evaluate the performance of fiber optic probe in calcium identification by Raman spectroscopy applying Principal Component Analyses. The results shows that the fiber optic probe improves calcify recognition efficiency.
