Single Molecule Imaging of Axonal Transport in Live Neurons

Abstract

We report a single molecular imaging method that tracks axonal transport in live neurons, and a super-resolution method, dynamic object tracking that resolves individual microtubules in live neurons below the diffraction barrier.
