Beam quality analysis of an all-fiber 3×1 combiner

Abstract

We manufacture an all-fiber 3×1 combiner, it couples the output from 3 large-mode-area fiber lasers at 1018nm. The power transfer efficiency is close to 98%, and the beam quality factor M2 is about 11.
