Demonstration of optical packet switching using FBG based optical code label processor

Abstract

10-Gbit/s 8-WDM packet-switching was demonstrated. The optical labels were separated/recognized at the same time by using FBG based optical code processor. Under 10−9 as BER of received payloads at the all 8 channels was achieved.
