Soliton control in modulated optically-induced photonic lattices

Abstract

We discuss novel dynamical regimes for strongly localized solitons in modulated lattices created by three interfering beams, including binary switching due to transformation in lattice configuration and soliton explosions and revivals through resonant wave mixing.
