Temperature Dependent Nonlinear Absorption in InSb

Abstract

Temperature dependent two-photon and free-carrier absorption spectra of InSb are measured using femtosecond, picosecond, and nanosecond IR sources. Measurements over this substantial range of pulsewidths give results consistent with a recent theoretical model.
