Investigating the domain-size dependent ferroelectric switching behaviour with k-space spectroscopy

Abstract

k-space spectroscopy has emerged as a powerful tool for measuring ferroelectric domain structures. We report on the ferroelectric switching behaviour of calcium barium niobate, which has been investigated for the first time using this technique.
