Coherence Transfer of Time-bin Pulseto a Semiconductor Quantum Dot Ensemble using Photon Echo Technique

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrated the coherence transfer/retrieval of time-bin pulse to a semiconductor quantum dot ensemble using a photon-echo technique at the telecommunication wavelength. The interference visibility of the retrieved pulse exceeded 95 %.
