Advances in Super-resolution Biplane FPALM, STED and 3D Particle Tracking Microscopy

Abstract

STED and FPALM microscopy generate super-resolution images at ~25 nm resolution through targeted and stochastic switching of fluorophores. I present recent advances in both techniques and introduce a novel ultra-fast 3D particle-tracking microscope.
