Higher Order Effects in SRS Pilot-Tones Interaction

Abstract

The behavior of pilot-tones under the influence of Stimulated Raman scattering is considered in a DWDM system by invoking the Dither Transfer Matrix. New phenomena such as higher order effects, phase reversal and dither cancellation are also introduced.
