Readout contrast enhancement of near-field optical disk with random nanostructures

Abstract

Optical effect of the near-field optical disks with random nanostructure is studied by Fourier optics approach. The general behavior of near-field optical disk with random nanostructure is realized by the statistical property of random nanostructure.
