Grinding of Aluminum Mold Using a Rectangular Tool Controlled by an XYZ Machine

Abstract

In this paper, it is described the grinding process for an aluminum mold using and XYZ polishing machine to move the center of a rectangular tool. Experimental and calculated wear profiles are compared.
